Accessory Ciliaries
Additional row of ciliaries below the regular edge of
the eyelid.

Congenital and rarely found structures of the edge of
the eyelid which are doubled and have additional rows of
ciliaries.
As long as accessory ciliaries do not trouble, they
should not be treated.
If aesthetical problems occur, a treatment is
recommended. This can be done by laser surgery or other
surgical techniques.
